Mandate of the Reforms Steering Committee
The Reforms Steering Committee is a subsidiary of the reforms component in the state Chair by the secretary to the state government, primarily responsible for the strategic oversight and coordination of ongoing reform efforts across various government ministries, departments, and agencies (MDAs). Its mandate includes guiding the implementation of reforms to ensure alignment with government policies and strategic priorities. The Committee provides leadership by setting clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables for reform projects, ensuring they are effectively executed and monitored.
